- Diary. The Unistaff diary has now become the HR Unity diary, that is it has effectively been promoted to a feature that is available whichever of the modules you use. Every user will continue to have their own diary, and a new Global diary is also available which everyone has access to.
- Absence details. The employee absence details now includes a new Sickness Summary which analyses an employee's sick record over the previous year, and since joining the organisation.
- Leaver salary and holidays. When entering details of a leaver in Unistaff Personnel, the system will automatically pro-rata their outstanding holiday entitlement for you. In Uniwage Payroll, you can get the system to calculate the employee's final salary before leaving, as well as the monetary value of any holiday outstanding. Both values can be instantly transferred into the employee's final pay run.
- Input Audit by Department. For payroll users using the Flexible Input by Department, the Input Audit Report can now be analysed by department.
- Flexible Input by Department & Cost Centre. Another option has been added to the flexible payroll input so that inputs can be entered by cost centre within departments.
- Employee-level Flexitime debit and credit limits. No longer are Time and Attendance employees constrained by the maximum debit and credit limits of the company, each employee can now be set differently.
- Absence Report by Day. Absence report which can be configured to only show certain days of the week for analysing particular problem days or employees.
This is just a small pick of the dozens of new features available, all of which, as usual, will be outlined in the Release Notice on the v3.4 CD when the product is issued.
