  • Easier set up of employee and employer pension rates.
  • New pension reports, by employee and by schemes.
  • "HMRC Mark" has been implemented which digitally signs internet filing submissions to guarantee what you sent is what HMRC receive.

Unistaff HR

  • Disciplinary & Grievance rules are now unlimited as opposed to a maximum of 6 stages.
  • New Capability & Conduct screen added, for recording details relating to employee performance before taking it on to disciplinary or grievance proceedings.
  • Leaver Exit Interview details can now be entered.

Unitend T&A

  • For flexitime employees, a break can now be forced for employees who work a pre-determined number of hours.
  • A new option is available to restrict an employee's basic hours to that set on the daily pattern.

General

  • Employee Absence Details. Sickness over a period now includes a new "rolling year" option.
  • Absence Stages. An absence stage can now be triggered if a set number of days is exceeded.
  • Employee Notes. A new internal notes system is available that allows users to record notes against employees. Notes are date-based, and so are available for further reporting within the Event Diary.
