A new member of the development team has started today. Eleanor Lenten will take over development of the HR Unity Online product, as well as supporting the development of the Windows line of HR products.
Carval regularly hold formal software development meetings and last week the development team met to discuss the progress for the next 6 months. All parties brought ideas to the table, mostly made up from customer feedback, and a timescale was decided. The current plan is for HR Unity v3.4.0 to be released in September 2005. Exactly which elements will make up that release will be decided in another meeting next month. Anything I can let you know about will appear on this blog.
