We have resolved the problems with the DPS, now that the HMRC have corrected their side, we could see where we were going wrong and the utility is now completely tested and ready for release.
Until April, payroll users should continue using the Secure Messaging utility that comes with Uniwage; Carval will make the DPS utility available in time for the new tax year. It will simply be a case of adding the new program to your existing setup and Uniwage will begin to use that service instead.
