Important changes to forthcoming releases

There are two important changes coming to forthcoming releases, that you should be aware of.

v4.10 - Giro credits
In the next version to be released, support for the Giro Credit payment type in Uniwage has been dropped. To our knowledge this payment type is no longer being used and it has been removed to make way for the new Foreign Currency payment type which is a new feature of v4.10 Uniwage.

v4.11 - Screen Resolution
Since the first version, HR Unity has been developed for a minimum screen resolution of 800x600, which was the norm 10 years ago. Many recent surveys show that the most popular screen resolution is now 1280x1024, followed by 1024x768. According to one survey , less than 1% of users are still running a desktop as small as 800x600. Whilst this may not seem significant, the fact that most of you are probably running at higher resolutions means that we're not exploiting the screen real-estate you have. Therefore, from v4.11, we will raise our minimum screen resolution to 1024x768.
