In the past, the list of fields that were linked between the two systems have been shown in the documentation. As of the new version, this list is available to view inside the Personnel software, and users can now choose which of those fields to include or exclude:
Fields can be excluded from either the export of employees from Unistaff to Sage Payroll, or from the dynamic update which takes place when an employee's record is changed and saved.
Another new feature is Data Synchronisation. This lists the employees who have differences in the linked fields between Unistaff and Sage Payroll.
Selecting an employee will highlight the differences in the two systems and allow users to choose which set of data is correct. The two programs will be then updated appropriately.
The new version is version 3.5.0.
